Secure online payments
XTAN may use Dojo’s hosted checkout or another authorised provider. Card details are entered directly into the provider’s secure HTTPS payment environment.

Payment confirmation
A transaction is complete only when a successful payment confirmation is received. Customers should retain their receipt, invoice number or payment reference.
Failed or pending payments
Failed or cancelled payments are not treated as paid. Temporary pending authorisations may remain visible until released by the card issuer.
